Ayam Pop

Indonesian Cuisine From Sumatera



Ingredients:

2 young chickens, each split into four pieces
1 tablespoon lemon juice
salt to taste
1 liter of water to boil
cooking oil to taste
9 red onions, mashed
7 cloves garlic, mashed
3 bay leaves

Sauce:
10 large red chilies, seeded
5 pieces of red pepper curls
7 red onions
3 tomatoes
250 cc of water.
salt to taste
sugar to taste


how to cook:
skinned chicken, then coat with lime juice and a pinch of salt, smooth with a brush. let stand for + / - 30 minutes (keep refrigerated) until the flavors to infuse.

Rendang Padang - Indonesian Cuisine

Rendang Daging (Beef Rendang)





Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of beef tenderloin, cut into 5x5x1 cm
  • 2 liters of coconut milk
  • 3 bay leaves
  • ginger along the + / - 6 cm, finely grated
  • galangal along + / - 12 cm, finely grated
  • 2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
  • enough cooking oil for sauteing



Seasoning mashed:

  • 15 red onions
  • 9 cloves of garlic
  • 11 red chilies curly
  • 9 items hazelnut, toasted
  • 1 tablespoon coriander, toasted
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds, toasted
  • salt to taste


How to cook:

  1. meat mixed with spices, ginger, and galangal that have been shredded into one, add the bay leaves, lemon grass and stir well.
  2. heat the cooking oil, put seasoned meat, stir until meat changes color.
  3. pour coconut milk gradually while stirring until the coconut is shrinking. continue to cook until the coconut milk and cooked meat greasy and soft.
  4. reduce heat, continue cooking until the milk out and dry. remove and serve with a garnish.

Chocolate Cake Ingredients:



  • Wheat Flour                                 100 grams
  • Cocoa powder                               20 grams
  • Sweetened condensed milk         1-2 tsp
  • Sugar                                          100 grams
  • Butter / margarine                       125 grams, melted
  • SP                                                   1 tsp
  • Chicken eggs                                  4 items



PS: for size of 20 cm diameter round baking dish just a prescription or u / layercake square baking pan 22 cm thick + / - 3cm. so if you want to make a square cake pan as shown pake cake layer, make two separate recipes, butter cream center jointed or whipped cream if you do not like too sweet.


How to Make:

  1. Mix the flour, milk, sugar, eggs, and SP, beat until fluffy.
  2. Enter a liquid margarine and stir well. Pour the batter into the pan that has been spread with margarine and dialas baking paper.
  3. Bake in the oven with a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius until cooked (30-45 minutes).

Bahan Cake Chocolate:

  • Tepung Terigu                 100 gram
  • Coklat bubuk                      20 gram
  • Susu kental manis             1-2 sdt
  • Gula Pasir                        100 gram
  • Mentega/margarin            125 gram, cairkan
  • SP                                        1 sdt
  • Telur Ayam                          4 butir
NB : u/ ukuran loyang bulat diameter 20 cm cukup 1 resep atau u/ loyang persegi layercake 22 cm tebal +/- 3cm. jadi kalau pengen bikin cake persegi seperti pada gambar pake loyang layer cake, bikin dua resep terpisah, tengahnya disambung butter cream ato whipped cream bila tidak suka terlalu manis. 

Cara Membuat:
  1. Campur tepung terigu, susu, gula pasir, telur, dan SP, kocok hingga mengembang.
  2. Masukkan margarin cair, aduk rata. Tuang adonan ke dalam loyang yang sudah dioles margarin dan dialas kertas roti.
  3. Panggang dalam oven dengan suhu 180 derajat Celcius hingga matang (30-45 menit).
  4. Ambil satu potong cake (satu lapisan) oles dengan butter cream atau whipped cream, lalu tumpukkan lapisan cake yang satu lagi diatasnya.
  5. Hias Cake dengan butter cream atau seperti pada gambar ini menggunakan plastic icing. Plastic Icing dapat dibeli di toko atau dapat membuat sendiri. resepnya lain kali yaaaa...
